I think I'd bet the turn again to get gutshots to fold he might have peeled the flop with. As played, you should c/f this ugly river, it hits his gutshot range perfectly. Think about it, which hands did he call the flop with that you now beat? I can't find a single hand.

Hi!

I would also preffer b/f turn as default to get some of his gutshots to fold(he will never fold Kx though but there are QT,45,25,24 or maybe even some other Qhigh hands that peeled here as it is BvsB.

As played c/f river as said there are way too many hands that he may valuebet and pot too small to be ahead more than 1:4
