Image: He was always minraising, maybe he thought it's played limit poker preflop or something. I once 3betted his UTG minOR, 3betted both of his SB minsteals he made. The third time he did this min4b. I was actually thinking of 5b/shoving but it would cost me quite a lot, also we haven't been THAT very aggressive.

Flop: He makes some funky contibet that I decide to call, didn't really want to raise here, maybe I should?
Turn he bets so big, I told myself this has to be a bluff so I just pushed before he hits his 6-outer :f_cool: ofcourse it wasn't.

And yeah, I know it's totally misplayed hand.

Thoughts?

I would just snapshove preflop, then your hands look like AQ or some low PPs hence he can call you with 77-99 so you pwn the f* out of him.

Furthermore if you call - you dont really like 775r board tho thats one of the '''best'' boards as your hand qualifies as an overpair.

So in order to make life easier + dynamics you give, just jam TT here preflop

I dont know if AK:d:d or :h would be doing this on le turn

Yeah, get it in pre - he can easily make a mistake by calling smaller pairs pre since he thinks you are overly aggro.

As played, I fold turn - he so clearly wants to get AI as quick as possible.

I'd usually call vs his min4bet. He folded a few times to our aggression, he could be playing back, but he might also just have a hand.
We're even IP, so there's not too much of a reason to turn our hand into a bluff (more or less) by 5betting.
If he does this with a wide range he is just folding most of it and we isolate ourselves against the strong part.

As played calling the small cbet is fine imo, again raising doesn't accomplish too much - we're basically bluffcatching.

On the turn it's hard to say what this big bet means but I tend to give him credit - after all he min4bet preflop and 2ndbarrels a lowcard board. It kinda looks like he's trying to get value and against a valuerange we're crushed.
So I'm folding the turn.
