I guess a raise on flop or turn to know where i stand (esp. on turn since his bet is so small that i dont need to invest much )
IMO the small bet on turn(not so rare on this limit) can mean anything here. he could have queen,flush,flush draw or nothing at all . So by not raising turn i really coudnt call river could i?.

I think having position here is key.
I would raise/fold flop to see where you stand. You seem to have enough chips for such a move. Even if he calls your raise, you're in position so you can even play check turn call river if board is not too draw-heavy, opponent is loose and the riverbet is small (with board developing as above - fold to riverbet).
if he calls the raise and floats on the turn, I would fold.

Well played. No point to raise postflop in any point and river Ad is just horrible so fold is good.

This. Turn is close actually. I don't hate raising for value there vs the minbet. However calling is OK also. Personally I would raise turn. Definitely do not raise the flop to see where you're at.

Thanks all I have found myself in this type of hand a lot. Your input helps.

I assume you don't want to raise flop .it opens you up for a push or rr which we can't call or lets everyone know they can bluff the flush if it hits.
