Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$0.01/$0.02 No-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)

Known players:
[tg]MP2$2.00:///////;MP3$2.10:///////;CO$0.85:///////;BU$4.02:///////;SB (Hero)$0.92:///////;BB$4.82:///////;UTG1$5.56:///////;UTG2$3.16:///////;MP1$1.60:///////;[/tg]

Preflop: Hero is SB with Q:c, Q:d.
4 folds, MP3 raises to $0.10, 2 folds, Hero raises to $0.30, BB folds, MP3 calls $0.20.

Flop: ($0.62) 9:h, 5:s, 2:h (2 players)
Hero bets $0.44, MP3 raises to $1.02, Hero calls $0.18.

Turn: ($2.26) 7:c (2 players)

River: ($2.26) T:h (2 players)

Final Pot: $2.26.

Results follow:

MP3 shows a flush, ten high(4:h 5:h).
Hero shows a pair of queens(Q:c Q:d).

MP3 wins with a flush, ten high(4:h 5:h).

I played based on MSS.
I think what I did wrong was on the flop.
The flop was somewhat drawy, so I bet 3/4 of the pot.
But the amount I bet was more than half of my stack, I forgot to go all-in directly.
Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Sorry,
I found that I posted on the wrong forum.

since many draws are possible i would raise all in on the flop. not that he takes a freecard on the turn or an overcards scares him off betting. but just my 2 cents as a FL player. lets say what the nl judge says. :)

Hello cccyan,

First of all if you playing BSS this means you have to buy-in for 100BB, although you might just playing MSS or something similar.

But overall, about the play, you can't really lay it down on flop, he may easily shove there with a lot worse. Therefore nice hand and just go unlucky.

Best regards.

I would say, well played!

fact that he just calls ur 3bet pre he can be on TT,99,AK,AQ with FD but this is NL2 so anything can happen
