Hi! I just read the basic and bronze articles.

Should I play ch/f river? The pots are limped and flop texture is suited, connected and with high cards(hand 2).

Thanks for your comments!

Hi!

pls just one hand per thread:)

1) raise preflop! 88 is monster versus random hand and you should be happy to try to isolate. Once you get raised on the flop I still find myself to be a slight favourite and would go for 3bet to not let him take freecards on the turn and also to gain value. You underplayed you hand preflop and there is ton of draws on that board and lower pair that you want to get value from.As played river is easy call as card is total blank.

2) Against some players you may also c/c turn to induce but against this passive guy I preffer valueplay with decent equity.River then c/c if its blank. On this river though you have to bet against this guy. He is passive and he will call with most pairs which he will otherwise check behind. You also dont know whether he will bluff with a draw. If raised I would call as there are some worse Ax he may raise and you also dont have any read on him therefore 1:7 you may see a bluff.
