100BB deep this might be ok, but for 150 it's definitely -EV unless the opponent is either 3betting like crazy or capable of 5betbluffing that deep.

So I think preflop it's fine to call.

On the flop it's generally possible to checkraise. However, if you do so it's crucial to follow through, imo it's even mandatory to bet turn and shove river because you'll never get any Ax to fold on the flop, most will also call the turn but only very few will call the river - even AK probably just folds.
Also most opponents will shove the turn with 2pair+.

I suppose we have to do it vs the right opponent though.
Here villain had WTSD 31 so I guess that would be great bc he probably doesn't fold Ax

I wouldn't be too sure about this.
Even if he likes to go to SD in general this might change a lot when he's that deep and facing 3 big bets.
But of course not bluffing for 150BB is probably the better option in this spot because we can make a huge mistake even if he's only calling slightly too much.
