the preflop open looks rather loose to me. depends on the table though.
the flop play is standard and good. oop you should 3-bet right away because many turn cards could kill your hand or your action.
after his cap i guess i would go for a check/raise on the turn. i can´t see him capping for a free card here that often.
as played the river is a quite horrible card but yous till have to bet. after his raise a 3-bet doesn´t make sence at all. you are beat far too often to 3-bet and call a cap. furthermore there aren´t a lot of worse hands which would raise the river and call a 3-bet.
