UTG (unknown) limps and the table folds to me in BB with KK, I raise (bigger than usual isoraise since we're OOP) and he re-raises. From my expirince such play (which makes me wanna puke btw) is 90% nuts and 10% random spew but letting KK go preflop vs unknown is just being pussy so I call that accepting the fact I might be behind already.
I don't think we should lead flop or turn since there is still that small chance he is spewing and on the river I will call anyway.
