Villain is known 23/12 was playing kinda more active that particular session than usually so I decided to test the water with a 3bet, he calls and we flop an OESD on 2flush board 9 high, he checks an I look at his 3bet stats (fold to cbet) 0% on the flop and 67% on the turn so I am going to bet at least twice and of course we may hit our straight. On the turn I tried to find an optimal bet size so that he doesn't feel committed on the river. On the river he suddenli leads for 1/5 of the pot which in my opinion is either a weakness or an induce move since I have no showdown value I decided to raise and mb fol out his TT, 88 and missed high diamonds mb even weak TP.
