Ugly spot there... If you know that he's good then I think that you can even c/f... Because he knows that you always have at least Ax here and you're not folding it. The pot is big but you're only hoping for a split. Against unknown and him (18 hands) I think c/c is the way to go as he might have called the turn with some stupid QT.
I doubt that your opponent, who initially opened from UTG, does have a hand like QTo. Most likely he does at least have Ax or if he bets the River he does have a slowplayed FullHouse or a Pocketpair who is easily going to valuebet against your Ax. I don't think he'd bet Ax himself since you may c/c some Pocketpair, being scared to get raised from a delayed FullHouse so without a read on a stupid maniac lagretard
