On this flop it's ok to cbet, the board is quite dry and you can maybe push the button out and take the position. Checking back is fine as well, I still slightly prefer a bet because of your position. If you were on the SB, a check would be a better play.

I think it's nice to donkbet the river.

A Jack is probably going to raise you and you don't really know if he's going to valuebet worse pairs there. I think his range consists of lot of Jx and some weaker pairs, mostly value hands. So he doesn't have many bluffs in his range against which donkbet would be bad.

And against Jx you can pretty much always go bet/3bet while against checkraise he's more likely to just call. 3betting the river is a must, when he caps there he might have a full house but there's no way you can fold.
