I think alot of the time we are behind with villians raise, there fore i think he is raising for protection and put him on 22, AQ. I also think he would make this raise with AxJ 
Maybe he already has the flush with some suited connectors, but his stats seem pretty tight and i cant remember him playing any...
I think it would either be ship or fold, because if we call and hit our he is only calling with a better hand and folding everything else
