Not much you can do here without reads. If villian has low PFR you could call 3bet for set value. Otherwise easy fold.
If you´re not going to make 4-bet/call with TT I would suggest just call his min-raise and then play pot oop.
You have odds for set value+ he could always play AK that way.

So a 4bet/fold is not a good play with TT here. Is it because AK usually go allin with that much dead money already in the pot?
Could you please explain it a little, what are the factors behind your suggestion?

Why 4-bet calling sucks: you already put 5$ in the pot, with 15$ behind. An all-in means paying 15$ for a 40$ pot, so you only need 37.5% equity:

If he shoves a pretty tight range, its very marginal. Given he may shove AQ (or some bluffs) its even money.
More important: if you 4-bet/fold, your hand is not relevant anymore. You can do this with a hand like 72o - either you get the pot preflop or you fold. However, TT is way to strong to be played like a bluff. Hence, call and see a flop is better.
