Something is wrong with the hand history. How can CO call your raise of $11 more for just $6,75?
If I understand that correctly, you have SPR 1. One pot sized bet. You aren't ever folding, and this is a situation we talked a lot about in last Ribbo's coaching. Bet smallish, and give your opponent a chance to try raising you off from your hand.
Pot should be $34,75, so you can bet something like $10 dollars and call if opponent shoves.
Dont you think its more likely for your opponent to bluff if you check to him? If you bet 10$ then you have only 20$ behind so it seems like you cant fold with those pot odds.
Check is the most suspicious move of them all. After all, that flop is great for bluffing, and you wouldn't ever check it if you have missed it (like with AKQJ etc.). Shove makes it impossible for opponent to make anything stupid, so the only good option is to give him the chance to do something stupid. So bet small. If he doesn't have anything, it doesn't matter how much you bet if he folds. If he has T or 44, stacks go in and it doesn't matter how much you bet. But if you bet small (even $9,25 or something odd) he might try to bluff you (or valuebet kings) at least sometimes.
Yea, the hand history seems broken, there is some problem with microgaming after their last release. You assumed the amounts correctly, Kyyberi.
I ended up check- shoving, as villain bet $10. I also think that if we bet smallish, villain will never bluff, as his fold equity seems to shrink a lot.
Again think about balance. As already stated if you had missed this flop with a double suited rundown you would not check it. You also wouldn't ever check if you hit a ten. So bet with AA here as well.
It's a super dry flop and if you are ahead, villain has at best 2 outs. So bet around 20% of the pot and snap call if raised. 
If there was a flush draw showing, sure go ahead and pot it, but whatever you choose, just make sure you never fold.
