Personal i hate AK for the reason it is a powerful hand but only a powerful drawing hand and i used to overplay it alot haha
Also i Dont like JJ see here for why.

So it's not a drawing hand... you're probably overplaying with it. Maybe out of position? There are a lot of charts with like a 100 positions or so that might be helpful with starting the play.
Mine would be AQ.
I mainly play Heads Up and AQ is a hand that you often do want to get it in with. However, when you get it in you're very often dominated or flipping and only occasionally dominating someone yourself.

Alot of fish say that there least favorate hand is JJ and their solution is to "play it like dueces"
I personally hate 72o. (when I'm not playing the 72 game). I am often tempted to make a big bluff or big play with it.

I remember from my HE days this: There are 3 ways to play JJ, and they are all wrong.
