On turn I think it is better to bet - he will call with AxXs probably. This is better for balance reasons also - I assume you never check this turn with bluff.

On spade river I usually just check, but you could consider turning your hand into bluff although like I said, I expect him to have some higher spade in hand when he continues on turn.
On brick R just vbet vs Ax.

It depends also how much you raise flops, if you do that very often (25+%), he will call you down lighter and sees your range more as a bluff.

Preflop: Give more postflop information cause this hand is rather marginal to Call if we also facing a decent player + decent postflop player. Instead might even tight 3bet if we also expect to have decent fold equity. So the most important stat, fold to 3bet here?

Postflop: I would still Bet the turn cause we are getting value from Ax+FD type of holdings there and wouldn't really want to face another ♠ on the river which we ain't able to Call. Obviously that not that many hands Call you though we don't want to face another ♠ either on the river.
