i think this one depends really on you but folding is the standard move.
if you 3bet shove its ok also. but he stole from cut off high chance he has something.
you can call also depends on your postflop skills you have odds to call.
so obviously its all fine just the 3bet shoving is mostly a flip so it depends on you if you dont mind the flip. you should also try to notice hes raises if useally raise with 225 or 250 this one is a mostly trap base on exp
Fold is default. Stack wise it's not good spot as CO only has 12bb and all behind him has nice shove stacks. But also players behind him matters. Are they all tight, have you seen this player raise-folding with decently shallow stack, is 2bb his standard raise size?
Calling is not option with this shallow stacks. You are forced to play hit or fold as stacks offer no space postflop. So fold or shove. Hand is nice for shove as you are rarely dominated when call comes and KTs will have decent equity. So resteal shove is not unreasonable.
