NL 4 KK IP Flop bet size?

Besides flop bet size, I'm also curious about how sensible is the river raise?
Party, $0.02/$0.04 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 6 Players

BB: $6.60 (165 bb)
CO: $4 (100 bb)
Hero (BTN): $4.22 (105.5 bb)
SB: $5 (125 bb)
MP: $1.14 (28.5 bb)
UTG: $5 (125 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with K:d K:h
UTG raises to $0.12, 2 folds, Hero raises to $0.50, 2 folds, UTG calls $0.38

Flop: ($1.06) K:c 3:s 2:s (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $0.50, UTG calls $0.50

Turn: ($2.06) 4:s (2 players)
UTG bets $0.98, Hero raises to $3.22, UTG folds
I was going to just call this, but I realized that it would basically give him a cheap river, and I thought I would give him the opportunity to fold.
If I get called, then I have 9 outs to the nut full house.

I'm assuming you meant how sensible the turn raise is?

What hands do you see villain donking there (and calling)?

Since we have two kings there's a very small chance that he has the last one so that raise there, unless he is a big station will make him fold all pairs (with spade/without).

If villain has another spade, I don't want him to call at all.

If he has 22, 33 or 44, I could see him calling perhaps.

If he has made flush, I can see him calling there, too and I do have outs (I forgot to count the other K)

Is it better to c/c the turn and c/f or c/c the river depending on the card?
Hand seems too strong for that.

Why don't we want him calling? He has 9 outs, 18%. With the shove we give him about 27% pot odds so thus he would be making a mistake.

I don't think he will fold a set there ever but he'd most likely raise flop with 22/33 anyway.

I still like shoving turn if I can get villain to call with worse, otherwise it's not that great (and I do think he can call worse).
