We don't have any fold equity here so we should push a range for "value". Our hands should play well against him because he is going to call us may be with 80-90% of the hands, even more. Something like - 19.6%, 55+ A4s+ A6o+ K8s+ KTo+ QTs+ sounds OK for pushing range here.

I respectfully disagree, I think we have a reasonable amount of FE with 4 big blinds.
Of course it all breaks down to the opponent, but in dark I'd still easily go with 30%.
A hand like Q9o gets -EV if he calls with more than 65%, which I do not expect even though he has a huge stack. His Nash is about 50% I think.

We got this info so I put him on the range above. Without the info imo weak player is going to call with much tighter range. Something like ~60%. As you said - much depends on the player.
