I'd bet. He's playing a 70 VPIP so far so he probably calls a lot of Tx and suited junk, including 54s 53s etc so there's a lot of value in betting flop.

On the turn I'd probably bet again and check back river expecting to be good a lot (would help to have a read though, might be better to cbh turn and pick up river bluffs).

could another judge take a look at this please? (I have problems with KK on A-high flops, so I'd be happy to get another opinion here)

Hi.

What LgWz said is largely true. He is going to have most TX combos IMO, along with all AX combos. You have the King of clubs though, which favours checking more in this spot (less value in protecting, since he has fewer flush combos).

Vs a tighter guy, checking Flop right away may be the better play (more AX than TX combos). In general though, if you can go for value right away, you probably should. High WTSD and low fold to cbet should make you want to valuebet Flop more.

I still think in this spot, all 3 options are viable. Personally I prefer using option 1 and 2, esp with the little info you have.
-check Flop and call/bet Turn and River
-bet Flop call blank River
-2barrel
