Just follow the instructions for the room you choose and that should get you up to Bronze as well. As far as I know, just passing the quiz is not enough.

Another option is to buy pokerstrategy points to upgrade your status without registering a poker room.

It always takes a while for points to get sent by the poker room, and therefore received by PokerStrategy.

I'm not sure how long this generally takes though.

I'm guessing it takes a bit of time for all the aspects of the system to update.

If you're still having trouble tomorrow, create a customer support ticket.

The wizards in the back rooms will be able to sort it out.

Well,about that ticket,i had a account here,but ive change the password like 4 times and it still says wrong password,i dont know if its bug or not,i contacted support,no answer.

Back to subject,ive read that it takes 3-4 days to update status,i just have to wait i guess
