Calling the Flopraise in order to wait for a good turn to raise again is the standard line that pokerstrategy is teaching and recommending in their articles. You have a really strong hand. Toppair with the second best kicker (just AQ beats you) and he could checkraise with a lot of flushdraws, weaker pairs with flushdraws or Q9 QT QJ. And even if he's got an unlikely hand like 22 or 66 you have the flushdraw as a backup for the river. If the Turn is a i'd just call and raise the River as you'd also just call the turn with KK or AQ with no and he might be betting through on the river with a hand he could have given up to a turnraise and a smallflush he'll be bet/calling anyways.

This hand is pretty standard and i'd even raise the Turn with no flushdraw. It gets more interesting when BB calls the flop. with a flushdraw i'd prefer to raise the turn even 3ways but with no flushdraw along you should be protecting your hand and kick out BB's mediocre flushdraws thus the only way is to 3bet the flop right away.
