Preflop: Both players are short and maybe fishy so I would not really 3-bet ATo here unless I want to go broke (which is too loose).
Postflop: As played I would go for a delay cbet given his stack size and board.
So would you just call it? Seems like it's not the best move as offsuited overcards are played badly in sandwich & fold seems a bit nitty, that's why I decided to make 3bet, it was for value initially but I assume them to call wide but not playing back too wide with 4b so it was raise\fold for me. I thought it was ok vs fishes.

It's hard to consider it value. Your pot is huge postflop and you can rarely cbet the board favorably. And you are dominated some amount of the time.
And no I would not call, and rather just fold.
If SB is indeed a super loose fishy 3-betting is fine but I'd make it smaller, more like 10BB.,
