I think we should also bet larger on the flop, somewhere around $2.

Yeah i was thinking about betting the turn as well. This is a bit tricky to me and maybe some expert will be so kind to give us an opinion. On the turn we still beat only QQ. If we bet i don't see him calling any worse (except QQ) and so i don't see him folding any better so maybe we achieve the same thing. I think in long run maybe check/calling is even better. It is very difficult spot because we are so deep. Now the question is if we may add into his range also some hand that fish as he is he might call. So this hands are AJ, AQ, AT maybe AK.

So in that case maybe b/f turn and block bet/fold river might be an option. i hope we will hear also some other opinion.

First of all, you said that he is pretty fishy. First that comes up into my mind is indeed betting bigger on the flop, somewhere around 2 $ as mentioned. We expect him to call with worse hands often enough here - like Jx hands. He's never folding AJ of course.

On the turn, I think we should keep betting and not give up the betting lead since I think still worse hands can call especially if he's a bit fishy. I would bet slightly larger than half pot (55 %). If we were to bet 2 $ on the flop, the pot size would be 6,75 $ meaning that we bet 3.60 $ on the turn.

If he calls again, I would block bet the river. The pot is 13.95 $ so betting around 7 $ seems fine. Still some worse hands can call specially by a fishy villain.

I would snap-fold to a raise on the turn/river.

Against 41/28 I would likely call him down.
He is going to float you enough times and board didn´t run out terrible for kings. There are some JT/Q9s/97s+ set combos that he play that way, but consider all the A5s/A4s/54s/65s/flushdraws/random floats kings are still way more often ahead.
Also players does not shove river always with sets/two pairs and would only bet smt like 7-9$.
Consider you´re top of your range and play against aggressive/loose opponent who may also turn his showdown value hands into bluffs I would prefer calling river.
If you want you can always bet turn, but since he would often bet if you check I like your turn c/c line
