If you've just signed up, give it at least 48 hours.
Your avatar should change from white to bronze, and on the PokerStrategy.com home page, you should begin to see points accumulate.
If after 48 hours you don't see anything, create a ticket with customer service who will be able to sort out nearly anything.
That is assuming that you signed up with one of our affiliated poker rooms and have followed the appropriate instructions.
