The hand info is limitid with 18 hands. UTG+1 seems loose passive (Fish).

Board is not very draw heavy. You have highest overpair.

Since UTG+1 is fish I doubt that he will 3Bet her with only a flush draw. PErhaps with flush draw and gutshot. So I would put him on tighter range: JJ-TT,88,44, 9h7h, Qh9h

Against this range you have 43% equity. Equity needed to go all-in: 0.58/(2.08)=28%.

Since equity > required equity it is profitable to go all-in here. You also have some fold equity.

Well, when he limps and calls what is his range?

I think he will have all pp's perhaps up to JJ. He might even occasionally limp KK/QQ, but I guess he should go for some weird min 3-bet pre-flop with them.

The sample is small, but in general I doubt a fish plays for stacks with a flush-draw or str8 draw. He could still be overplaying AT, KT, QT, JJ and stuff, as well as he could have some combos of slowplayed KK/QQ. His sizing refers to value anyway. So, we could 3-bet it all-in here to gain max-value from his range as I doubt he is EVER raise/folding here. Some of the times it will be a set, but against 60bb player I thin we can go for it. If he was like 80bb and a normal loose/passive guy, then it would be a bet/fold.

Thanks for the feedback, I didn't really rhink about he would probably be more likely to call down with draws rather than raising them. As you say sample is very small, so I would still expect him to open hands like TT+ without more information. But shoving seems good, he did turn up with 44 though
