NL10 QQ vs tight

Villains opening range in the CO is going to contain more speculative hands although given a 7% pfr not that many. Given villain has called IP it is most probable that his range is capped here unless he is trapping. I would expect him to 4bet AA-KK. Given you hold QQ leaving only one combo + 24 combos for 88+ which could continue although I expect <99 to fold on the turn. So coming to the river is FD+overs or some other speculative combo draw that missed (Tc9c for example) Ax would fold by the turn without a BDFD so that leaves one combo of AcKc,KcQc,Tc9c,7c6c (most of which would be raising the flop as a semi bluff). A slow played set is pretty unlikely as villain may put on a speculative hand (this is an assumption on my part i don't know what your table image was at the time?) that may hit a SFD on the flop or just a GS+FD. He would raise for protection in this case as you would have too much equity vs his set.
So most likely is that villain has a pocket pair here that he got stubborn with, for example JJ. On your check on the river villain could have shown down a high pocket pair but a missed draw may turn itself into a bluff here on the scar card. Given you 4/1 pot odds and need only 22% equity on the river this is a clear call. Too many missed draws and and small pockets who decided to turn themselves into a bluff. Even with a pessimistic range, villain still only has around 65-70% equity on the river having likely just improved.

I like x/c river sometimes, to induce bluff (A is a nice card) but in this situation I think villain has more made hands than missed draws, so it's easy shove otr.

x/f otr is bad

Hate folding river. I think a shove gets called by worse, but when you check I think you have to call because even the worst villain knows an A is a good bluff card.

I'd be interested to know why you check the river here when you lead out two streets?

What were you hoping for or expecting when checking the river card? Given the villain's tight range, I would expect to see aggro on the flop with a set.

Why not lead out? This means the opponent doesn't get the chance to bluff the missed FD. You seem to give up initiative for no real reason
