You are up against a UTG open/call range. Such a range typically has some AK, AQ, AJ and JJ in it, maybe 77, but no AT or worse. Also, this board doesn't invite to bluffs. Moreover, he has no reason to turn a hand like KQs or KJs into a bluff. Maybe he bluffs 88/99 here, but for me, it is a fold when he raises flop without further reads because stacks are likely to go in if we call.

As played, jam turn. You don't want him to check back the few hands you beat OTR.
