How long ago did you register?
Sometimes these things take a bit of time. If nothing after 48 hours, the contact their customer service.
Did you register to 888 using a PokerStrategy.com promo code?
If so PokerStrategy.com customer service might be able to help, too.
If you DID register through us, I suggest creating a customer support ticket (go to bottom of that page) and give them all the details you can.
