If this message came from Netbet or Titan, you'll need to talk to their customer services people.

I really dont know where is problem. I am sure thats everything was ok with registration.

May I suggest in that case, you send a ticket to our Customer Support and perhaps they will have more information?
just scroll to the bottom of the page and explain the problem in the box.
