I have no idea what that might be, and it looks quite final.
The best thing I can suggest at this point is that you create a customer support ticket (go to bottom of that page) and give them all the details you can. Ask them which rooms ARE available to you.
When you get an answer, select another room, and follow all of the instructions carefully. If you are not completely certain what the instructions mean, ask another question.
