Hi Everybody. I cannot choose any pokerroom to get my bonus on pokerstars. I did everything they asked me and it wont let me choose anything always stays the red cross there. Help someone please

I suggest you contact customer service (scroll to the bottom and click "open a new ticket").
You'll need to give them all the details about what you are trying to do.
The list of rooms available is limited to those available to your country.
Do you see a list of rooms on that page?
If so, for each one is a link "to the bonus instructions"
For any room, the account must be a new account on that site, and you must not already have an account on that site.
