Hi,

I think I would do the same here with AJo. We can't get 3 streets of value here anyway (unless we hit a jack), so it's better to just check/call flop and maybe turn.

As played, I'd make a small value-bet on river as I doubt that he'd check AQo here too often.

Villain is way too passive on the river. What do you expect him to call with on a small river bet?

Crying call with JJ/QQ? We are not repping too strong ace here after check/call flop and ch on turn. So 1/3 pot could do it. All in all, against a passive player I would rather bet myself small to make him call.

vs passive villains I'm more inclined to bet river myself. I was just curious what weaker are we targeting to call us.
