Too passive down to the river?

Hi, WhiteWalker,
I'm no Omaha expert, but from what little experience I do have, I find that being passive just gives them a chance to outdraw you.
In this case, I'm guessing you out drew them?

I can't see the hole cards, but I'm guessing there's a pair of 4s in there?

imo ur line is fine (except for the river).
[F] i wouldnt want to get it in on the flop with ur hand (with an SPR of ~10) and i wouldnt want to x/r/f either, so i think x/c is fine.
[T] most players will cbet this turn with the vast majority of their range and ur equity should be decent quite often.
[R] imo donking pot here looks extremely strong and only makes sense with very few hands (so ur gonna have troubles balancing it). furthermore u dont get any more value from his bluffs by donking. and there might be some fullhouses that would flat ur donk, but call a x/r. (i even think u get more value from AA by checking (i would much rather bet AA for value than call a donk) but i might be wrong about that). so i think u get a lot more value by x/r.

Beaten by Quad 2's haha. So you feel a raise on the turn and fold if re-raised is better to fold out overpairs and have the initiative on the river?
I really need a system to consider the value hands he has vs potential semi/pure bluff hands and how to proceed on flop and turn whether a call or raise is suitable.

even though ur hand isnt strong, i think its still too strong to turn it into a bluff. if, lets say, u had a Thigh fd instead of the 2nd nfd, or (for whatever reason) u had 66 instead of TT (there are probably better examples), id be more inclined to x/r as a bluff.

Fair. I don't like a check raise out of position to be honest, especially against a passive opponent who I feel is only calling a raise with better and as a result I imediately fold out his bluffs and even hands that are dominating me which I have good equity at.

It is an interesting spot though.
