NL25 Calling a 3bet oop in MP3 with JJ

Villin 3bets 6% vs MP, and seems to be doing that more against me (variance perhaps).
What range would you give him since his somewhat low fold to 4bet (44)?

Post flop what would be your general plan since que seems to multibarrel in 3bet pots? I feel kind of weak folding on turn if i "know" second barrel is coming.
If he is polarizing (is he?) i think i can't fold flop.
So....what would you do here pre and post flop?
