[Zoom] AJs 4bet pot

That's a pretty odd hand right there.

Preflop: While theoretically BTN should have a very wide opening range and SB should have a wide 3betting range, in zoom with a small sample it might be a bit too spewy.
You could call but AJs potentially 3 way without the initiative is a bit of a mine field, and it sucks to fold if BTN goes back over.
Flop: Bet the flop,
Turn: If you haven't bet flop and in a 4b pot villian checks twice then we should be stabbing, in general it's just really weak you normally print money in that situation. He turned out to have KK which he played weird.

River: his line looks so capped to like a pair of some variety, but all the pairs he might call a 4b with either are trips or a straight potentially. JJ or QQ can play like this given how he played KK but in reality against an unknown I wouldn't have been thinking that.

The problem is the low SPR, so how big will your flop cbet be? Like 1/3 pot? Think thats seems reasonable. The other problem is that I find it difficult to assign a range for villian, and in that moment I thought most of the time he has here JJ+ so I can never fold that. AK would ship I think, so thats why I took the passive line. Didn't see much hands I can fold here with a bet.

Cbetting this flop is really bad IMO, the range he calls a 4bet with is extremely pair heavy and the cbet will be expensive and commiting, nothing will fold to 1/3 pot, i like how you played, however you are playing a high suited hand IP vs a dominated range and you can`t call a shove, AJo is a better 4bet fold while you could call the 3bet with AJs.

I like the passive line you took. Cbet flop will only make pot bigger without him folding.
Calling preflop is not that good as we will invite BU to join which weakens us.

I like the preflop cold 4bet. Calling cold 4bet OOP usually means strong hand. I don't see him folding overpair otf, so x back seem better. Once you did not cbet the flop, I don't see point in leading this turn and river.
