In the flop, I decide to check/call because we are deep and a lot of cards on the turn complete a str8 or a flush, I think is like 5,6,7,T,J and Q which is 24 cards plus 9 spades. That is like 33 cards plus 2 + 2 = 68%. Which means that 68% of the times in the turn will complete a str8 or a flush.

Its ok to bet the turn? or should I go with check/call again?

In the river when a str8 completes I thinks is a fold.
My thinking process in this hand was ok?

Could I have done something different?

Check-call or check-raise is good on the flop, depending which opponent bets and betsizing. When flop goes checked, definitely bet the turn. And on that river you just have to fold.

Donking is also one option on the flop, as this flop often goes checked unless someone has hit it hard.

Don't really know if I agree with your math there 6 ranks complete a potential straight yes but then the opponent also has to have one of them so I would never suggest you take 24 outs that will break your set. Also you don't add 9 flushcards on top of that because you already counted them when counting the ranks of cards, if you say all 4 tens (ThTsTcTd) you should not add the Ts again under flushdraw. I hope you understand.

If he is drawing to a straight there are 22 completing cards. If he is drawing to a flush (that doesn't complete a straight) there are maximum of 4 outs. One of those 26 cards is coming on the turn 60% of the time.
