Call, fold or All-in small stakes turbo sitngo

Dunno if by ICM this is a good play, please give me your feedback guys.

BTN - BTN (T460)
SB - SB (T4,050)
BB - BB (T2,450)

Preflop: (T420, 6 players) Hero is UTG with J♦: T♥:
Hero raises to T420, 4 folds, BB calls T200, Uncalled bet of T20 returned to Hero

Flop: 7♦: Q♠: 9♣: (T1,020, 2 players - BB: T2,030, Hero: T1,790)
BB bets T600, Hero raises to T1,790 (all-in), BB calls T1,190

Turn: 4♦: (T4,600, 2 players, 1 all-in - BB: T240, Hero: T0)

River: A♥: (T4,600, 2 players, 1 all-in - BB: T240, Hero: T0)

Total Pot: T4,600

I can't see the blind level, but it looks like 100/200 and than I wouldn't raise for 11bb effective.
Than it's a push/fold spot for me and is JTo a fold from UTG.

As played you end up in a ugly flop situation without fold equity most likely. You have only 8 outs to win and that's not enough I think to stack off here and I fold here as well.

I usually don't raise those hands with that stack also, but the table was a little tight and I tought that trying to steal the blinds with a reasonable hand would be a good play.

On the flop I had the odds to call his bet and since he was defending his blind I didn't gave him much credit for his bet.

The blind was 100/200.

Maybe this is a loose play, will try to change that on my game:f_drink:
