I found this really hard to deal with as i wasn't sure whether to stack off or not and used the full timbank and folded. I marked it and need peoples ideas on what i should have done.

Preflop : Standard isolation of the fish and the BB comes along - i put a lot of PP's in his range automatically given the value from potentially having the fish in the pot.

Flop : Villain Donks which i have no idea what it means but it is a normal call from my point of view. maybe i should raise to get value from 7X, 88,99,TT ?

Turn : When villain checks i'm thinking he was just trying to get me off my broadway cards on the flop, but then comes a big c/r which i wasn't expecting and i've taken to probably be value as he is obviously pot commited. I was so stuck here and almost timed out but i folded because i couldn't think of a value hand i beat that the opponent wouldn't 3bet preflop.

On checking Villains stats after i have realised that he has only folded 1/4 times to a turn c-bet and i may have made a mistake folding - he has raised 2 and called once. His Turn aggression is 52% (83 hands).

Completely confused me this hand! _ugly:

Folding turn is not wrong but in this case villain can have pretty much anything. You have a decent amount of hands of villain and he seems pretty aggressive.. If he has 77 or 22 OTF why would he donk? The flop is very dry. OTT his raise is huge. It really looks like he wants you to fold :f_biggrin:

You could raise him OTF?

I indeed also think he is just putting you in front of a stack decision. I think about draws, over-pairs maybe even an A-2s or something. I may have shoved something like that:f_biggrin:

Guys, we make a solid bet and he raises nearly 3.5x... Not to play around here, fold is ok.

Liked ur donking point. This really doesnt make any sense in such dry board.
Because of that, I m really confused here too, like stompy91 was _ugly:

Villain can donk with small pokets - 33,44,55,66, or some middle pairs 88,99,TT too.

If its right, seems like he improved on the turn. And this makes total sense.

The purpose of possibly finding a sense in a play that I was trying to figure out what could have happened, putting it in words. So, if I m wrong in my thinking, someone reply to it explaining what he thinks about it.

This is a very strange line. Value doesn't make much sense but neither do bluffs. You have good sample so you want to see his donk flop stat before making the decision. With the info you provided I think shove turn should be fine. If I had to try and soulread, my bet is on spades FD but my confidence in the prediction is really low... (donk flop BDFD; turn thinks he doesn't have enough FE on blank and/or fears getting shoved over => check; sees the big bet, doesn't have odds to call OOP and semibluffs)

This hand reminded me of a concept I heard a while ago from a coach that is good to keep in mind. As you go up the limits and play against more competent opponents, those weird lines will usually be for value. The reason is they will know their line doesn't make sense or they don't represent any strong hands => they expect to be looked up often and do it with their strong hands. Such lines also often turn out to be the nuts on micros but these usually involve some kind of slowplaying.

Well, this concept has its logic, thank you.
As played I think he got lucky with his 44. :)

Well, taking something out of context does not mean anything.
This does not change the fact that your post is blank.
Good luck with that. :)

I was thinking about it but decided he's probably not raising that big with a fullhouse there.

About this one:
I wrote:
Well, on nl10 many players continue on Axx boards. So?

You answered right away:
So second barrels are ready to take place.

And I confirmed:
There is nothing wrong with the 2nd barrel. Works fine.

Its all about adapting vs what villains are doing.
