Lower overpair min-raise call. How to play the full house when you hit?

I'll answer the question you didn't ask:)

Raise turn. He has shown interest in the pot and hopefully has a set or two pair. Now you want his stack and it is time to build the pot. You may be losing to a straight, but some 86 combos fold preflop, others slowplay, the ones that don't will bet bigger, and in addition, you have outs against a made straight. Make as big pot as possible.

The min raise on flop can mean that villain hit a piece of the board.
On turn you should make a solid raise as villain can pay with a lot weaker hands.
As played shove river he will pay with any 7x...

You have to raise the turn; villain has so many lower sets, pairs+gutshots, two pairs in his range that won't fold.

Agree with nitrol that we can just jam it in on the river. He's not folding 86, 7x or 55/44.

Ok guys, thanks Was actually not thinking about the raise on turn, was putting him on a straight and no other hands at the moment. Still have a lot to learn

Its normal thinking about the worse scenario when playing, but reality is softer than possible nightmares people may have.
Like the others said, raise turn to charge worse hands like pair+draw and such. River u can shove, he already showed to be interested in the hand, and many combos at this point has a good hand that is worse than yours, so u can go for maximum value here.

Sure he could have four combos of 86s when he check-raises flop and bets turn. He could also have one of the 15+ combos of 75s, 74s, 54s, 77, 55, 44 or even a weirdly-played overpair. You're way ahead of his range of hands which is all that matters.
