Villain: Marked as TAG/REG, Fto3b: (3/3), 4b PF (0/8), RFI UTG 17% (5/30)

PF: Thought villain would mostly fold vs a 3b and continue with QQ+and AK, maybe AQs+, JJ+. As a result I flat instead.

OTF: Quite a dry board so didn't feel the need to raise plus I think that I only get called by 2pr+. I think TP, and OP 99-JJ will bet/fold vs a raise.

OTT: I think I can raise OTT since more draws are present so villain should bet/call a wider range. I think I should raise/fold here as I can't see myself being ahead if I get 3b. Maybe raise 2.5x and check behind OTT to extract value from draws as well.

OTR: Do I have a thin value bet here? Should I maybe make it like 1/3 to get value from something 8x or 99/JJ? Or is checking behind okay? I think if villain had a value had he would be mostly betting again OTR in case I check behind with worse. Unless he thinks I bluff missed draws very often.

Maybe you could raise OTT. I think it wouldn't be bad but its not necessary.
As played I would make a small bet OTR.

If it is not for thin value what is it? Imo villain has air in his range and maybe some weaker pairs that could call a small bet.

Well maybe that is more correct term in this case but we can't make it big because villain can't call a big bet.

We are not making it big cause we do not have too much left of our stack too. It is thin value.

I much prefer it as played. What on earth makes you think you can extract value by raising a PSB OTT when you figured out you cannot do it OTF? OTR you can place a small bet to target an extremely small range (JJ and what more?). Checking behind is fine.
