Did you check your emails, maybe you have to send your ID first.
If you already sent it it can take up to 96 hours until you'll get your 50$.

Are you living in the USA (we can't send the money to players that are currently living in the USA)

they sent me to send my ID , i did, and then they said they want in english, so i sent it with translation! it's been 16 days...i check my emails and sapms every day , yes i did enter all the informations! and i'm living in lebanon

I sadly have no direct access to security E-mails and can therefore give no concrete information on the status of your application aside from the ID obviously not being processed yet. This is most likely due to the language issues related with reading your ID.
Since you have had previous correspondence with them I assume you have done everything correct (email address you signed up with) and can only recommend you send the e-mail again.
When you have problems with the mail support there is always the option of using the ticket system: http://www.pokerstrategy.com/help/ which will usually result in quicker responses.
