From my exp, you are very likely to be against JJ+. I would also raise him OTF but smaller and fold to further action.
I would also fold 85o preflop, especially when he raised.

Here it’s also good to know what kind of villain we are playing against, but normal I wouldn’t limp crap hands like 85o in the first place.

I would just fold pre or depending on how you and the villian had been playing you could shove into his 13BB stack, but that is obviously pretty risky......
