Q8o TopTwo getting check/raised allin on the River

Equity vs his entire possible range is very good.

We have blockers for sets of 8s and queens.
45 seems unlikely.
T9 seems unlikely.

So I'll lose a stack here too

We make a strong near pot bet and get a massive raise. ... We can fold.
And I do not like our preflop call.

Preflop call is close imo. Would be completely fine vs 2,5x. Flop and turn are fine and river bet is fine. When he raises... We can be pretty sure it's not a bluff and it looks like 2 pairs+. The question is do we have enough equity to call vs his range. I feel we don't because hands like 76s, 87s are not calling preflop, so I think he mostly has 77, 66 and T9. Sometimes 22 or 88. I think we can fold vs a raise.

River is a clear fold. He invests 5 to win 2.5, accordingly he needs to win 2/3 = 67% to be BE. You have many better hands to call/reraise with, including 16 combos of T9 (If you play Q8 you play T9). That said, I don't think people check-raise bluff river nearly enough to be balanced, so the fold is even clearer with that observation.

Also, river pot odds is not the vital ingredient in a calculation. It is the opponents investment in a possible bluff you should consider. (If you know your opponents range or have a hole card camera on him, things change.)

River raises are almost always nuts so folding is definitely ok here. On the other hand if villain has a value hand, he played it weird, so if you called I don't blame you. When villain takes this line I think it is not that bad to catch with top 2. He can be a aggro maniac who is running stupid bluffs or then he can shove weaker 2 pair or top pair as value.

Preflop is a fold.
With the big bet OTT and c/r river we can fold confortably. You are not blocking many sets - only 88. And the guy is unlikely to c/r for value worse. All the bluffs he can have seem really random

I would not consider a call nor squeeze on BB with Q8o... Anyway, as played, we can comfortably fold river here.
