I would say his raise is quite often a set. You could just fold.
It feels stupid to fold overpair vs minraise but if you call you are committed to call OTR...

Even a min raise on the river should be considered strong. You can fold and move on.
I hope you know that you will not win every pot with AA/KK.

Yes, definitely fold.

If you feel you need "protection" versus exploitation (not here, but at higher limits), throw in a few calls with AA without the A♠: to begin with.

Also if you have set up your preflop 3-betting range with a couple of loose-ish 3-bets, you have "automatic" extra protection. Again, no need to do it here. Raise near nuts only and you're fine.
