Blind battle I assumed his range would be TT+, AQ+ based on table history and 3betting stat against BB and fold to 4bet in the same position:

PokerStars - €0.02 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 4 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

Hero (SB): 137 BB
BB: 50 BB (VPIP: 11.06, PFR: 10.15, 3Bet Preflop: 6.34, Hands: 1,072)
CO: 120.5 BB (VPIP: 11.11, PFR: 5.56, 3Bet Preflop: 14.29, Hands: 20)
BTN: 103.5 BB (VPIP: 24.61, PFR: 19.77, 3Bet Preflop: 6.95, Hands: 1,826)

Hero posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has Q♥ Q♦

fold, fold, Hero raises to 3 BB, BB raises to 8 BB, Hero raises to 137 BB and is all-in, BB calls 42 BB and is all-in

Flop: (100 BB, 2 players) 5♦ Q♣ T♣

Turn: (100 BB, 2 players) J♦

River: (100 BB, 2 players) 6♦

Spoiler

Hero shows Q♥ Q♦ (Three of a Kind, Queens)
(Pre 17%, Flop 88%, Turn 77%)
BB shows K♥ K♦ (One Pair, Kings)
(Pre 83%, Flop 12%, Turn 23%)
Hero wins 96 BB

This looks fine.

Question:
Did you post this because you were not sure if you can stack off vs 50bb stack villain in a blind battle when villain has been 3betting aggressively?
Or did you post this here because you lost?

If it is the second one, then your mental game might need some work :)

I won the pot, I post it because the guy was 3betting a lot to get dead money from the SB and BB. I have had lot of hands like this so I assumed he assumed my range was weak so I pushed ( and I would have) with QQ+, AK+...

Oh, I misread the board :) Thought there were 4 diamonds.
But anyway I think this is a standard shove. The guy is short and 3bets a lot so I guess he will go broke lightly.

You need to add a lot of hands to your 4b range, this is definitely too nitty against someone 3betting this much BvB.

Villain is shortstack and is killing you with 3b - this hand is okto stack off.

what would you say 4 betting JJ+, AQs+? or that would be a too much loose?

Would go with JJ+, AK+, then add the same amount of bluffs.

Yes, JJ+, AK looks better for value.

His pre-flop stats are indeed tight with 11/9 in BB, but even then QQ is a clear stack off blind against blind.

Also, I don’t think this isn’t a great table on long run for NL2 with maybe only 1 fish on the table. Off course it’s nice to steal a lot, but I’m sure there are better tables.

Cheers,

Yes table selection is a must, i'll just pack and go fishing where fishes are, is a nonsense too remain in waters crowded with sailors...
