Flop no reason to do anything else.

Turn same thing, it's suspicious that he pots but we can call with spades and 2prs.

River no need to check-raise, it's too thin. I mean he has obviously no idea what he is doing, but even he should find fold with worse hands than your flush. You could donk though and hope call from worse flushes and KJ even bare Q, he doesnt look like a type who folds them, and you block FH's. Now youre hoping he bluffs, as I guess he did (?)

I would play it in the same way, except donk the river. He shouldn't have a lot of bluffs in his betting range as he really should check back everything besides full houses. But can call with straight (people are stubborn at PLO5) or flush. Or even worse.

Isn't it super optimistic to donk river without a FH? We have like zero bluffs after c/cing turn and this river hits... Plus wtf are we going to do if we get raised? Call because blockers?

Yeah, AT w/o spades would be the only bluff but you shouldnt be calling with bare AT pot bets on turn (or pot betting turn, as our opponent did).

But we're playing plo5 and our opponent is obviously very weak player (if hero has any previous hands with him) , so he will most likely in my experience just call with his straight or weaker flushes anyway, making donk betting worthwhile.

I would just fold if he raises our donk even with our blockers, but I wouldn't most likely donk our hand against any thinking player.
