I would actually like to check the flop.
As played you can't fire a third barrel, so the question is can you check call or do you have to check fold. And that depends a bit on villains bet sizing.

Im ok with betting the flop.
Check-call turn and check-fold river (depending on the sizing ofc)
I wouldnt mind even check folding the turn. The Q is the worst card

No in retrospective 3 streets as utg raiser sounds -EV. .

The longer I am thinking about the hand I can't imagine what he is turning into a bluff on the river what he is calling OTT...
so I think bet flop, c/c turn and c/f river is fine.

I like the bet turn cf river line a lot here (check flop is what I'd do personally )
All the 99 TT TJs will call you but not bet when you check . Check fold might be even better than check call on the turn for the same reasons

OTT all cards that are 6 or lower are quite safe for us because those shouldn't hit villains range that hard. I think this Q is one of the worst cards because it is an overcard and completes some draws too. But on many boards I would consider calling again if the guy doesn't go crazy with his sizings.
