there are so much of bad players, paying all cards. 10 2,, 39, and poker rooms usually get them best hands

Yes, it certainly seems that way sometimes.
You see these players from time to time, but they never last more than a week or two -- then they're broke, and gone.
But you're here now, and can learn how not to play like them
