Straight on a FD board

Fine calling on this flop, could consider raising to balance our value-range. A solid nut-flush backdoor + gutshot is enough here.
I think 2/3 turn 2/3 river. He could easily have a Q in his range here and I'm not sure why you bet small; if he was to have JJ / T's here he's probably calling.

I would 3bet preflop, but it depends on your ranges.
OTF personally I would raise here, because people usually in MW spots if they hit, then go ahead and bet at least 2/3of pot, so most of the time they will overfold on your raise and this board really doesn't hit the small blind range, he has just 33,55 which he should re-raise.
OTT 2/3 of pot is fine, but can be too little bit bigger he should check Qx hand because of pot control, some FD or any other showdown value.
OTR: well, that's quite tricky, but don't overthinking at NL5 I don't think that people will check/raise river with busted flush draws on smaller sizing. So just go for value and 2/3 sounds reasonable. Or maybe if he sometimes check T with Qx then we can try overbet OTR, but I am not sure about it. (Maybe we can do the same with some busted FD to balance our bluffing range and produce tons of folds against pocket pairs or any other showdown value)

I am not a fan of calling preflop here. Either fold or 3B as a bluff.

3 bet pre flop I like in this position. The call on the flop is fine. Probably like everyone else would have bet 2/3 on R.

I don’t like the preflop call. If you know UTG has a very wide range, 3bet. If not, you need at least 2 Callers for a profitable call. So pf: fold.

Your flop call might be correct, but your reasons are wrong. Your Overcard and Gutshot outs are tainted. A♥:, 2♥: are dangerous. If you play for odds and outs: fold. Your opponent has missed that flop, so a raise could be correct.
